80-120tph Marble Production Line

Marble is mainly used for processing into various shaped materials, plank, building metope, ground, table, column, is often used for monuments such as tablet, tower, statues and other materials. It is very hard. To get the large size raw marble materials into smaller size, it will need the crusher machines to realize this crushing effect.

As the client’s requirements, the 80-120tph marble production line designed by Zenith includes the following machines: hopper, vibrating feeder, PE600*900 jaw crusher, PFW1214III impact crusher machine and vibrating screen. The B series belt conveyor will be used to transport the marble materials.

In this production line, there are two kinds of crusher machines used to get the raw marble materials into smaller size: PE600 × 900 jaw crusher machines and PFW1214III impact crusher machine. The PE series jaw crusher machine is used as the coarse crushing machine and it will get the large size marble raw material into 65-160mm. This is very helpful for the next crushing and production stage.

PFW1214III impact crusher machine used in marble production line belongs to the three-curtain cavity hydraulic impact crusher machine. Its max feeding size is 250mm and the crushed marble materials by PE series jaw crusher are suitable. Its capacity will be 90-170tph and this can meet the client’s desired capacity requirements: 80-120tph. We design this whole production line depends on clients’ specific production needs which include the capacity, final products size and operation costs.
