Generally, when the SiO2 content in the rock is 40% to 60%, the compressive strength is 200 MPa or less, and the service life of the hammer head is 400 hours;

When the SiO2 content in the rock is 75%, the compressive strength is between 200MPa and 250MPa, and the service life of the hammer is 350h;

When the SiO2 content in the rock is 85%, the compressive strength is between 250 MPa, and the service life of the hammer is 125 h;

The greater the SiO2 content in the rock, the greater the wear on the metal.
